It is another battle to the finish between the two most loved basketball teams in the NBA – the Boston Celtics fighting against the Los Angeles Lakers for the most coveted award in all basketball competitions in the world. The two giant teams of the NBA will meet again for the finals after Los Angeles Lakers’ triumphant win over the Phoenix Suns during the semis.

They fought for the title last 2008 with the Boston Celtics emerging as the champion and now they will meet again to clash in this year’s most highly anticipated match, this would be another exciting game that basketball fans all over the world should never miss.

Kevin Garnett is one of Boston Celtics’ star players. He actually started playing with Minnesota Timberwolves before joining the Boston Celtics team. He is not just Celtic’s pride and joy but the whole NBA league as well. He is a very strong power forward and always helps his team to victory. A lot of people and sports experts believe that Boston Celtics became a stronger team after Kevin joined them in 2007.

Kevin Garnett is fondly called KG by his friends and team mates. He’s also won loads of achievements in his career in the NBA, like  NBA Most Valuable Player (2004) and NBA Defensive Player of the Year (2008).

I am not a very avid fan of basketball. I don’t even regularly watch NBA that is except if Boston Celtics has a game. I drop whatever it is that I’m doing every time they have a game. I am glued to the TV whenever they’re playing. Green suddenly became my favorite color. I just really love Boston Celtics, especially the players, Michael Finley, Nate Robinson, Rasheed Wallace, Paul Pierce, and my favorite Kevin Garnett. I think he is just so awesome. He plays very well, he wears Jersey number 5, plays power forward and he was selected 5th in the overall 1995 draft and became the first ever NBA player drafted directly out of high school in the last two decades.

For me they are the best team and Kevin Garnett is the best basketball player in the world.

2008 was the year that Boston Celtics recaptured their glory. Unfortunately, this was not the case in 2009 when they lost to the Lakers. For 2010, things are actually looking up for the basketball team. Boston Celtics took the first step in winning the 2010 NBA Championship by winning their first game versus Miami Heat. If you were not able to watch it, you should check out the videos below for some of the great Celtics moves. For those of you, who saw the game, you cannot deny that the team’s defense was really impressive.
